product user who has purchased the STANLEY products from an authorized
STANLEY reseller for use in the course of their trade or profession. The
STANLEY PT Warranty is not available to persons purchasing STANLEY
product for the purpose of “resale” or “hire”.

2 This warranty is not transferrable. It is only available to the original
STANLEY product user who has purchased and registered the product as
identified above.

3 In addition to the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document, the
Terms & Conditions stated in the STANLEY PT Warranty also apply.

4 A product repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or
renew the warranty period. The 2 years warranty period starts from the
original purchase date and ends 24 months later.



Products excluded from the STANLEY (PT) 2 years Warranty.
In addition to the product exclusions stated in the STANLEY PT Warranty,
section 3, the following STANLEY branded products are also excluded:

• Attachments and accessories. e.g. Nailers, Powder Impact tools
• Batteries and Chargers
• The product has been purchased as used or second hand
• Break down due to usage of ingenuine spare parts, eg. carbon brush (not STANLEY spare parts).
• Normal wear and tear parts: e.g. carbon brush, cord, plug, chuck and bearing.
• Unauthorized repair, alteration/modification.
• Damage caused by foreign objects, substances, accidents, obvious, misuse, abuse, neglect and improper applications.
• Failure or damage due to wear & tear of a component incurred during the course of normal use. 
• Wear and tear components include but are not limited to the following examples.

Under the STANLEY (PT) 2 years Warranty:
- Armature, field coil, motor and electronic will be replaced at no cost for up to 2 times within the 2-years warranty period,
if found to be manufacturing defect

Transmission and gearbox:
- Cordless -Transmission – 1 time within the 2-years warranty
period.
- Corded - Gearbox – 1 time within the 2-years warranty period.

REPAIR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The warranty period starts from the original purchase date and until the end of the warranty period
2. 1st repaired by Stanley Black and Decker Service Center & Authorized Service Center is guaranteed under normal use conditions for
ninety (90) days from the date of collection/return to the customer against the same issue/ parts
3. If a damaged unit return due to the same issue within 3 months after 1st repairs,
Stanley Black & Decker provides 2 follow-up repairs without any cost incurred to the customers
4. Stanley Black & Decker will replace a new unit with the same/ similar model to the customer
if the same issue is not solved after 3 repairs within 3 months after the 1st repaired a date
5. Freight and transportation costs between the product user and the place of purchase or between the product user and
an Authorized Service Centre are not covered by the warranty.
